About the Role
The Control tower will drive instrumentation and capture of near real-time data from across the ecosystem to provide enhanced visibility to all stakeholders and improved actionable decision making. As head of control tower for experience you will be expected to create L1, L2 and L3 metrics dashboard and monitor progress against the BHAGs. You'd be responsible for ensuring that all system and processes are running as per design. This role requires high degree of stakeholder management and cross org coordination to build trust in the ecosystem and drive actionability through coordination with various teams. You will be required to closely work with Ops, product and programs team to automate monitoring of metrics and track progress.
