About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. This role is responsible for developing campaign strategy, managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for performance, and guiding clients toward profitable marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation accounts.
  • Serve as the main client-facing contact, ensuring clear communication, proactive guidance, and strong client relationships.
  • Build advanced campaign structures, implement bidding strategies, and ensure robust conversion tracking.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, report results, and recommend meaningful optimizations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and communicate next steps to clients in a clear, solutions-focused way.
  • Manage multiple accounts while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally across multiple industries and account sizes.
  • Proven success optimizing campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce performance.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor, including bidding strategies, keyword planning, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when explaining campaign performance to clients who may not be marketing experts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and resourcefully in a remote environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong prioritization.
  • Professional-level English for client communication.
