Our UK-based client is hiring a full-time, remote Senior Executive Search Resourcer based in South Africa. You will drive the research engine behind senior-level searches: mapping markets, identifying exceptional people and opening conversations that headhunters build placements on. This is a long-term role on UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Map target markets, companies and talent pools for each search mandate

- Identify and qualify senior candidates through research and headhunting outreach

- Build accurate longlists with evidence, not guesswork

- Conduct first-stage conversations to test fit, appetite and availability

- Maintain immaculate records of outreach, responses and market intelligence

- Prepare candidate summaries and market insight for consultants and clients

- Protect confidentiality on sensitive searches at all times

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

Your day blends detective work and conversation. Mornings are for research: mining LinkedIn, databases and industry sources to build target lists that actually reflect the brief. Afternoons are for outreach - crafted messages and calls that senior people respond to because they are relevant and respectful.

You will debrief with consultants on progress, sharpen search strategies based on what the market says, and keep every mandate moving with visible momentum.

This suits a South African professional with search or recruitment research experience who enjoys the hunt, writes crisp summaries, and understands that at senior level, reputation is everything.

- 3+ years' experience in recruitment resourcing, executive search or talent research

- Excellent written and spoken English for senior-level outreach

- Proven reliability: stable fibre internet, backup power for load shedding, and a quiet home office

- Skilled with tech tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS or CRM systems, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

- Sharp research and qualification instincts with meticulous record-keeping
