Team :
You will be part of one of Voodoo’s puzzle-focused studios, working on a new title that has already shown strong early traction and clear potential for growth. The project is currently in development with a prototype already tested, strong daily activity, and a soft launch planned for the coming months.

The team’s next priority is to turn promising early metrics into long-term retention and sustainable monetization, with the economy design playing a central role in this strategic shift.

Role :

• Own the in-game economy across progression, currencies, reward systems, and monetization loops.

• Analyze live data and design A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize economy systems, and maximize monetization.

• Collaborate with game design, product, and analytics to align economy decisions with gameplay goals and business KPIs.

• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and present clear recommendations to leadership.

• Bring strong industry knowledge from puzzle, casual, midcore, or casino games to help elevate economy design practices.

Profile :

• 3+ years of experience in game economy design or monetization, preferably in mobile free-to-play.

• Proven track record in balancing live game economies and driving revenue growth.

• Strong data/analytics background; fluent in economic modelling and relevant toolsets.

• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
