Team

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of our gaming and consumer apps, keeping Voodoo at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy, enabling both product diversification and a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our apps. We design pragmatic solutions ranging from simple search optimizations to complex machine learning systems.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and compliant data products. By joining this team, you will help shape Voodoo’s data ecosystem - ensuring that our infrastructure, analytics tooling, and data governance frameworks empower teams across the company.

As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key data initiatives that enable the entire organization to make better decisions, faster.

Your scope will include data infrastructure, internal analytics tools, and data compliance topics.

You will:

  • Define and drive the data platform and pipeline roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility of data across products and teams.

  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, and other product managers to deliver end-to-end data solutions — from ingestion to visualization.

  • Work with your fellow Product Managers within Voodoo to anticipate dependencies and synchronize roadmaps.

  • Build a holistic understanding of the data flow at Voodoo to be able to arbitrate conflicting initiatives.

  • Lead the roadmap and routines of our internal product analytics tool, improving how product teams track, visualize, and act on data.

  • Collaborate with our Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management, data retention, etc.).

  • Prioritize data initiatives that maximize impact, balancing technical depth with business value.

  • Promote data quality, consistency, and documentation across the organization.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in how data is collected, structured, and used at Voodoo.

Profile

  • Solid experience in data product management or similar roles (e.g., data platform PM, technical product manager, or data analyst with PM experience).

  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

  • Familiarity with modern data tooling (DBT, Airflow, Tableau, or similar).

  • Experience writing and running SQL queries in a professional environment.

  • Experience collaborating with data engineers and analytics teams to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery.

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance topics (GDPR, privacy-by-design principles).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align technical and non-technical teams around shared priorities.
