Overview: As a key member of our team, the SAP APM Consultant will be responsible for implementing solutions that drive performance metrics and optimize workforce management. Your expertise will assist in the analysis and design of SAP APM processes that enhance productivity and improve agent performance across various platforms.

Position Description:- 

End-to-end Implementation experience in implementation of SPM solution using SAP APM (erstwhile Callidus ICM)

• 10+ years of development experience in SPM projects with thorough understanding of core functionalities

• Hands on experience on design and development of Plan creation, Payout execution, Statement using Jasper report

• Experience on SAP Advanced Workflow

• Strong working knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL

• Knowledge in API integration with SAP APM

• Experience in managing team, onsite-offshore coordination, and stakeholder management

• Strong communication skill.
