Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to join our Cloudflare-focused commercial team. Your mission: support the full sales cycle execution, so our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) can focus on client relationships, deal strategy, and technical delivery.

You will handle quote preparation, CRM updates, renewal tracking, scheduling, and partner coordination. You will also act as a key interface between our sales team and our operational partners (including Cloudflare distributors like Mindware).

This role is essential to scale our Cloudflare business with speed, precision and structure.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Prepare and manage draft quotes for:
  • Cloudflare Licensing
  • Cloudflare Professional Services (based on SE input)
  • Cloudflare Support / Managed Plans
  • Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors (e.g. Mindware) on pricing, approvals and quote submission
  • Track and organize all renewals, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up
  • Maintain and update the CRM (Zoho) to ensure data accuracy and visibility
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of Cloudflare marketing materials and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate demo sessions, onboarding calls, and internal handovers
  • Monitor and update indirect opportunities involving partners or distributors
  • Account Operations
  • Act as the operational point of contact for client-side needs when AEs are unavailable
  • Collect and organize key information to prepare for AE or SE involvement
  • Structure and maintain weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)
  • Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs, or partners as needed
  • Ensure all quoting and sales activity follows internal processes and approval flow

Key Interactions

  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to translate technical scoping into quote-ready formats
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to structure deals and manage client touchpoints
  • Liaise with Cloudflare partners and distributors to streamline execution
  • Report to Sales Director and coordinate closely with delivery operations

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Commercial Coordination role, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Experience handling quotes, renewals, CRM updates, and internal coordination between sales, technical and partner teams
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English – both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using tools such as:
  • Zoho CRM (or similar tools like HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Able to work full-time on Gulf Standard Time (GST), with high responsiveness
  • Strong written communication skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience (Strong Plus)

  • Exposure to Cloudflare, cybersecurity, or network infrastructure products
  • Prior experience working with or for a Cloudflare partner, reseller, or distributor (e.g. Mindware)
  • Familiarity with Professional Services quoting (based on SE input) and Support plan packaging
  • Worked in collaboration with Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs) to manage client-facing deliverables
  • Hands-on experience with sales pipelines, renewal calendars, and partner coordination
