Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join the client’s growing sales team.
This role is mission-critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and medical distributors. You’ll drive outreach, research, and account engagement through multiple channels — helping expand the company’s reach and impact in the U.S. healthcare system.

You’ll report directly to the U.S. leadership team, working closely with them to onboard new prescribers, identify lead opportunities, and nurture ongoing relationships. Success in your first 30 days means confidently navigating the company’s tools, running consistent outreach, and securing qualified prescriber meetings.

Your Impact

As an SDR, you’ll be the front line of communication between the company and healthcare professionals. Your proactive outreach and account management will directly influence patient access to better medical solutions — improving lives while contributing to the company’s mission to modernize care for sleep apnea patients.

Core Responsibilities

Provider Outreach & Prospecting – 40%

  • Execute daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Research and identify new prescriber targets (e.g., doctors within specific health systems).
  • Personalize communication to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Log all activity and responses in Salesforce and Halo.

Account Management & Follow-Up – 35%

  • Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with prescribers to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Manage B2B distributor accounts, supporting bulk orders and pricing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new lead generation and account prioritization.

Data Management & Reporting – 25%

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Flag unresponsive or rejected accounts for further review.
  • Submit weekly activity and performance reports to management.

Requirements

Must-Have (Required):

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or SDR/account management roles.
  • Proven experience selling or promoting medical devices or healthcare solutions to U.S. providers.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with healthcare professionals.
  • Hands-on experience using CRMs such as Salesforce and outreach tools like Apollo, Halo, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong research and follow-up discipline.
  • Proven ability to work independently and hit outreach KPIs in a fully remote setup.
  • Availability to work U.S. EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM).

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Background in B2B medical device distribution or healthcare equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA-adjacent communication.
  • Track record of consistent outreach conversion and appointment-setting success.
