Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in real estate. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients in the real estate industry. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and helping to create new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to engage potential real estate clients.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers, including brokers, property managers, and real estate investors.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously research the real estate market to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and focused on results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate technology platforms (PropTech) or related solutions.
- A network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
