Our Sales Team is looking for a driven, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers in the BeNeLux region. You will be responsible for reaching out to them through various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to introduce our global hiring solutions and schedule virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives (AEs).
Requirements
What you will do as a Business Development Representative
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients based in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify their need for a global hiring solution and uncover key pain points
- Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
- Schedule demos for our Account Executives
What we are looking for:
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a remote B2B Business Development position
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable with making minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling
- Target- and KPI-driven: Working towards clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics energizes you and pushes you to overachieve
- Self-starter mindset: Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly, and communicate openly
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET zone
