Acting as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and product development, you’ll bring together scientific expertise, consumer insight, and commercial thinking. You’ll identify emerging ingredients, formats, and category trends, influence product direction, and help ensure innovation is both scientifically credible and commercially relevant.
We move and think quickly, so you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take confident ownership of your work, and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. If that sounds exciting, we’d love you to join our pack!
