The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

    • Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would
    • Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
    • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
    • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
    • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

Requirements

      • Active Arizona SLP license in good standing, with no disciplinary history on any license held
      • PreK–12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education
      • Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
      • Professional liability insurance
      • Working knowledge of IDEA and Arizona special education law/A.R.S. requirements
      • Comfort and experience with tele-practice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting
      • A reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace
      • Strong remote-collaboration skills. You'll be a full partner to classroom teachers, case managers, and families even without being in the building
      • Authorization to work in the United States
