Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all supply chain activities, including demand planning, supply and manufacturing planning, and inventory management across multiple countries.
- Ensure smooth operations by managing forecasting accuracy, inventory availability, and logistics for timely product delivery.
- Partner closely with sales teams, distributors, warehouses, and factories to guarantee optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Lead process improvements and develop strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Drive key projects such as ERP implementation, S&OP reporting, and supply chain process standardization for the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on supply chain risks, opportunities, and future planning.
- Support overall strategy development, including KPI setting and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in supply chain management (pharma, medical device or regulated industries) in a regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Project management experience, with exposure to ERP implementation highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- A dynamic innovator with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver practical, effective solutions
