Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates for international placements.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates with open roles across various industries.
• Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms to find the best talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and provide detailed shortlists.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the recruitment CRM system.
• Demonstrate urgency and persistence in meeting placement targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a 180 recruitment or resourcing role.
• Proven success working in international recruitment markets.
• History of strong performance and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Experience across multiple industries is welcome – no specific niche required.
