Recruitment Marketing & Account Executive - SAP Education & Training-Night shift

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals and direct outreach
  • Work company-provided leads aggressively and professionally
  • Counsel candidates on SAP training and career pathways
  • Conduct calls, presentations and follow-ups
  • Convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments
  • Maintain accurate lead and conversion tracking

• Build referral and candidate networks

• Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in EdTech, education sales, training sales, recruitment or counselling

• Strong English communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with North American prospects
  • Strong follow-up and closing ability
  • Able to generate leads independently
  • Target-driven and commercially focused
  • SAP / IT training knowledge is an advantage

This role is for people who can generate, counsel and close — not just follow up on leads.
