🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

📍 Local SEO for Real Estate

• Optimize GMB listings, local keywords, and real estate content

✍️ Content Strategy

• Create or advise on neighborhood guides, listings pages, and blog content

🛠️ On-Site Optimization

• Ensure schema, URLs, tags, and property details are optimized

📊 Tracking & Reporting

• Measure rankings, calls, form fills, and local visibility metrics

✅ Who You Are

• 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in real estate or local service industries
• Familiar with GMB optimization, location pages, and local link-building
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Understands how real estate users search—and how to convert them
• Bonus: Experience with IDX websites or real estate platforms
