Real Estate and Skip Tracing Analyst for US-based company ( Remote )

We are currently seeking a Real Estate and Skip Tracing Analyst to join our client, a US-based real estate firm. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis in the realm of real estate, while also specializing in skip tracing techniques to locate individuals and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct real estate market research to identify potential and existing properties for investment and development.
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate missing property owners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze data related to property values, ownership records, and neighborhood demographics.
• Compile reports and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide insights on potential investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all research and findings for future reference.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in both real estate and data sourcing.

• Experience in real estate analysis AND skip tracing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using databases and online tools for research.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and local market conditions is a plus.
