About the position:
We are looking for Trainee and Junior QA Engineers to join our growing quality assurance team. This is a great opportunity for people who are just starting their careers in tech or transitioning into software testing.You will work alongside developers and product managers to test software, find issues, and ensure that everything works as expected before releases. No prior experience is required for trainee candidates — we’re looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals with advanced English skills and a strong desire to grow in QA.
Note: English proficiency will be tested during the hiring process.
Summary
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Responsibilities
- Read and understand software requirements and documentation
- Create simple, organized, and clear test cases
- Perform manual tests to validate features and bug fixes
- Identify, document, and help track bugs
- Re-test resolved issues and assist with regression testing
- Participate in Agile team meetings and collaborate with developers and product managers
Requirements
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) — will be tested.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Clear written communication and organization.
- Eagerness to learn QA tools, processes, and teamwork in an Agile environment
Nice to Have (not required):
- Experience with manual or automated software testing
- Basic understanding of test automation (even if from personal projects or online courses)
