- Full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, New York time.

- Remote work.

- B2B contract only.

Highlights:
Training: Comprehensive product training lasting one week.

Responsibilities:

- Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B).

- Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp.

- Maintaining customer data in HubSpot

- Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines.

- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.

- Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.

- Engineering education OR strong engineering experience

- Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

- Strong client communication and relationship skills.

- Capable of overcoming client objections.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software and tools.
