Project Manager (Integration & Initiatives)

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-brand property services and roofing company operating across nine brands and more than 60 US locations. As the company scales through acquisitions and systems upgrades, they need a Project Manager to own day-to-day execution across three parallel workstreams: acquisition integration, systems integration, and strategic initiatives.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat. You will work directly with senior leadership, keep a fast-moving team organized and on schedule, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks in a multi-brand, multi-project environment. The client will provide full training on their tech stack.

What You Will Do

You will run three workstreams simultaneously. Each has its own scope and cadence; you are the through-line that keeps all of them moving.

Workstream 1 — Acquisition Integration

Brand Onboarding & Integration

●      Run integration playbooks for newly acquired brands from Day 1 readiness through full operational onboarding

●      Coordinate system cutover activities, user onboarding, and process standardization across each acquired entity

●      Manage Smartsheet-based integration plans, meeting cadences, action item logs, and executive-ready status updates

●      Identify blockers early and escalate with clear, direct answers — leadership expects speed and specificity

Workstream 2 — Systems Integration

ERP/CRM Convergence & Migration

●      Manage convergence of ERP and CRM platforms across the organization, including ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct, and Zoho Desk

●      Coordinate tenant builds, multi-tenant data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

●      Align timelines and dependencies across ops, finance, IT, safety, and brand leaders

●      Escalate integration risks early and communicate clearly to all stakeholders

Workstream 3 — Initiative PM

Strategic Projects

●      Drive cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to close, including scope definition, timeline management, RAID log maintenance, and status reporting

●      Coordinate US-side stakeholders — ops, finance, IT, safety, and brand leadership — ensuring alignment and timely decisions

●      Produce executive-ready updates and status reports that give leadership a clear, accurate picture of where each initiative stands

What You Bring

Experience

●      4+ years in project management, ideally with exposure to M&A integration, systems implementation, or a PMO environment

●      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-paced, shifting-priority environment — five or more parallel projects is the standard here

●      Full follow-through on the exact ask: you surface blockers fast, give direct answers, and do not let open items age

●      PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus; practical execution track record matters more

●      Home services industry experience is a nice-to-have

Communication

●      Native or near-native English fluency — written and spoken; this is a firm requirement

●      Direct, concise, and confident communicating with US-based executives and cross-functional stakeholders

●      Able to translate complex project status into clear language that leadership can act on

AI Fluency

●      Daily working knowledge of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot

●      Uses AI for documentation, analysis, meeting prep, and productivity — not just experimentation

Systems and Tools

Core (Preferred)

●      Smartsheet — primary project tracking and reporting platform

●      Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel as daily tools

Also Valuable

●      Zoho Desk, Read.ai, SharePoint, Sage Intacct, AccuLynx, Power BI

Nice to Have

●      PE firm experience, home services or specialty contracting industry background

The client will provide full training on their specific tech stack. What matters is that you learn fast and implement with discipline.
