Project Coordinator

Salary: R27 000 – R28 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Project Coordinator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling and tracking project milestones
• Maintain project documentation, action logs and status reports
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and flag risks or delays proactively
• Organise and minute project meetings and follow up on action items
• Assist with resource allocation and budget tracking

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project coordination or project support roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Monday.com
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
