Product Owner (Remote)

As a Product Owner, you will have a critical role in leading product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the company's goals and objectives, while driving product innovation and ensuring success. Your ability to make data-driven decisions and understand the market and customer needs will be essential to achieving product success and driving company growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
• Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs.
• Listening to other teams' feedback and identifying product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.
• Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
• Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
• Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
• Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
• Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
• Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
• High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
