What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, your main objective will be to identify and qualify potential real estate agency clients and generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and qualifying potential real estate agencies
• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Identifying the needs and challenges of real estate agencies
• Presenting the opportunity and generating interest
• Booking sales demos for our Sales team
• Following up with prospects to maximize attendance at scheduled meetings
• Managing and updating your pipeline in the CRM
• Working closely with our international Sales team
• Consistently working toward activity and performance targets

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is resilient, highly communicative, proactive, and strongly motivated by results.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and enjoys a dynamic, high-volume sales environment.

A successful person in this role will typically be able to:

• Handle approximately 100 outbound activities per day
• Book a high volume of qualified sales appointments
• Maintain a strong attendance rate for booked meetings
• Keep an active and well-qualified pipeline
• Communicate confidently and professionally with potential clients
• Work independently toward clear KPIs and objectives

Previous experience in Sales, SDR, telemarketing, business development, or real estate is a plus, but attitude, communication skills, and drive are equally important.

• Native or fluent Polish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus
• Stable internet connection
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus
