People Experience Ops Partner (R6507)

5+ years' experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related HR function.

Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.

Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, payroll coordination, leave administration and benefits support.

Experience maintaining HRIS records, analysing people data and driving operational excellence.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple time zones.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.

Demonstrated success improving processes through automation, systems enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with UKG, Workday, Jira, or similar HR technology platforms.

Experience working with international mobility, EOR providers, new-country expansions or entity transitions.

Experience in a high-growth technology, engineering, aerospace or defence environment.
