We are looking for talented professionals for the role of Payroll Specialist in C-Global Payroll team. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and growing environment to onboard new clients.
Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities:
· Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
· Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
· Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
· Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
· Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
Your responsibilities include:
· Handle administrative back-office tasks
· Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
· Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
· Analyzing regulatory updates
· Reporting any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
· Monitoring that anomalies are resolved correctly

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
Degree in economics
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Preferred qualification: knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service
