Partner Delivery Architect - Delhi, India

As Partner Delivery Architect, you will assist Lakeside Software partners to manage SysTrack accounts in order to provide continued value to their customers. You will be responsible to maintain, upgrade and manage our services, and act as a point of contact for partners. This role requires strong collaboration and partnership with Lakeside Software Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Enable Lakeside Software Partners to deliver value to their customers through the Systrack platform, resulting in continued annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) attainment
• Train and educate our Partners' Centre of Excellence by leveraging a proactive agenda including the value and Velocity blueprints where applicable to the Partner offering and assisting in ensuring that the blueprints and value are received by Partner Clients
• Partner enablement in the planning, and design of SysTrack architecture, and assisting partners with the implementation and operations of SysTrack for their customers
• Coordinate with the customer and internal Lakeside team around Implementation, Testing and Deployment sign-off
• Coordinate with the Network team, AD team, SCCM team, Security and Wintel teams to address project dependencies
• Strong working knowledge of EUC tools and correct approaches to handle them for enterprise customers
• Ability to analyse and assess SysTrack environments, providing education to Partners to drive actionable insights and provide value or ROI use cases
• Consult with Partners on maintaining SysTrack environments for compliance through agent connectivity, platform stability and product upgrades
• Partner with SI’s and MSP’s and collaborate on internal process improvement initiatives
• Prior experience developing collateral, knowledge articles, and process flows based on client needs and partnering with an operations team to provide sophisticated content
• Maintain a degree of awareness about product innovations and development for SysTrack and other EUC tools
• Host enablement sessions and participate in touch points, planning, and review sessions
• Help the Partner to navigate through various stages on SysTrack maturity model

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, service delivery

• Exposer supporting MSP’s & GSI’s or working with them in similar setup
• Experience with transformation and desktop engineering projects (e.g. Win10, O365)
• Extensive knowledge of end user computing (EUC), SysTrack, and other DEX or monitoring solutions
• Good working knowledge of troubleshooting Windows/MAC/LINUX Operating Systems as well as DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy
• Understanding of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience with Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare or other virtualization platforms
• Experience in Scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), SQL & relational database (SQL Server)
• Bachelor Degree in computer science and engineering (preferred)

• MCSE/MCP/CCA/VCP Certification (preferred)
• Remote: Candidates must be based in Delhi, India
• Travel: Up to 25%
