Part-Time Intern — Qualifications

This is a remote position.

Education

• Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Economics, or a related field (doesn't need to be close to graduation).

Requirements

Technical Skills (Essential)

• Intermediate Excel: pivot tables, basic formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF), data formatting.
• Ability to follow structured instructions for data cleaning and organization (spotting duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields).
• Basic understanding of databases or CRMs (prior hands-on experience with Zoho/HubSpot isn't required, but is a plus).

Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

•Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or other visualization tools (a plus, not a filter).
• Very basic Python or SQL (not necessary for simple processing tasks, but a differentiator if the role's scope expands later).

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail (critical for data cleaning/validation work).
• Organization and ability to follow repetitive processes without losing accuracy.
• Proactive communication (asks questions when something is unclear instead of assuming).

Language

• Basic to intermediate English: able to read simple technical documentation and write short emails.Advanced spoken fluency not required.

Availability

• Compatible with school schedule (part-time, ideally 4-5 hours/day or per internship agreement).
