About the Role

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive paid advertising strategies for multiple high-profile accounts. This role focuses on internal collaboration with Marketing Advisors and project teams to implement campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic growth. One of the hires may take on a senior role to lead and mentor other paid media specialists. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Local) and Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to align campaigns with business goals
  • Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI
  • Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
  • Write ad copy and support basic creative production (e.g., Canva for display ads)

  • Set up tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, landing page collaboration)
  • Mentor and support junior paid media specialists (senior hire only)
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities for performance improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management (flexible for strong portfolio candidates)
  • Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns for measurable results
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and project coordination tools
    Strong communication and teamwork skills for internal collaboration
  • Basic English proficiency acceptable (no direct client calls required)
  • Portfolio evidence of past campaigns (metrics, screenshots, Loom walkthroughs)
  • Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, CallRail, and full marketing attribution setup
