Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer for DTC E-commerce to join a fast-growing mobile app company that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of subscription-based wellness and lifestyle apps, including FitnessAI, FitHub, AllStays, StepBet, DietBet, and SculptYou.
In this role, you’ll manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok, optimizing performance to meet CPA and ROAS goals. You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of high-performing mobile apps that reach millions of users worldwide, working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.

**This role is open to all professionals residing in Latin America**
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
- Conduct creative testing and audience segmentation to improve ad efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop high-performing ad creatives and growth strategies.
- Use MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to track, analyze, and attribute campaign performance across app funnels.
- Identify trends and insights to scale successful campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
- Participate in growth experiments to test new channels, tactics, and creative concepts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media buying, preferably with Meta and TikTok Ads.
- Experience creating and managing paid campaigns for DTC ecommerce brands
- Previous experience working with subscription-based mobile apps—especially in the wellness or fitness category—is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and interpret performance data daily.
- Proven ability to manage and scale ad accounts — experience taking campaigns from $0 to $10K+ daily ad spend is a strong plus (but not a dealbreaker).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
