We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Support Staff to provide comprehensive support across customer service, dispatch operations, automotive parts sourcing, vendor coordination, scheduling, inspection review, and administrative functions within a fast-paced automotive services environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining high service levels, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What Is Your Mission?

This position will be responsible for learning and performing a varying degree of the following items:

  • Answer and respond to technician phone calls
  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls
  • Answer and respond to emails for consumer clients and vendors
  • Build quotes for both fleet and consumer clients

Source parts availability

  • Order parts for both fleet and consumer clients

Create purchase orders and parts returns

  • Properly modify jobs as needed in order to close them out
  • Support technician ledger adjustments
  • Work with Slack, AirCall, Wrench Admin, and vendor websites
  • Address customer warranty and third party warranty jobs and issues
  • All teammates will be cross-trained to fill in any necessary gaps in performance

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Prior automotive industry experience is required. Candidates should have direct experience working with dealerships, automotive operations, or a closely related capacity.
  • 2+ years in Customer service or customer support experience.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours, with advance notice of schedule changes.

Flexible Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
  • Reliable internet connection required; a backup internet source is preferred.
