Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - PST, CST,EST (depending on the client)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $1,500 USD per month

About the Role

We’re seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence. You’ll work across teams, supporting daily operations, ensuring consistency in processes, and helping implement improvements. Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Maintain and prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflows.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to align efforts and drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, process support, or data/analytical role.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning operational/ERP/CRM software.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Professional remote work environment and reliable internet.
  • Availability to work full-time within U.S. time zones (PST, CST, or EST).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable using task management and communication tools.
  • Introductory video submission required as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in service delivery, logistics, franchise operations or field services.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
