Operations Coordinator

Salary: R29 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will be the person who keeps the day running smoothly — tracking work in progress, chasing the details that slip, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational tasks and keep internal trackers and schedules up to date
• Liaise between team members, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving
• Prepare reports, summaries and process documentation for the management team
• Monitor deadlines and flag risks or delays early
• Maintain accurate records across shared systems and inboxes
• Support process improvements and help roll out new ways of working

What you'll need

• Experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role
• Strong written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and comfort learning new systems
• Well organised, with the ability to juggle several tasks without losing detail
• A reliable fibre internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work

What's on offer

• Salary of R29 000 per month
• 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa
• Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
