About the Role

To support our continued growth and communicate the power of our platform, we’re looking for a creative Multimedia & Motion Designer  who can bring complex ideas to life through visually engaging animations and videos.

What You Will Do

Video & Animation (Core): 

• Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, e.g. intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.

Graphic Design (Supporting): 

• Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.

Collaboration & Branding: 

• Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling. 
• Maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines to align with company growth.
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Additional Opportunities (Depending on Experience)

• Contribute to UX/UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform.
• Support website design updates in WordPress and create accompanying visuals.
• Develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence.

What We Need

• At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation
• At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Google Slides/Powerpoint
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress
