We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer (AI-Powered Design) who can combine creativity, technical skill, and AI tools to produce scroll-stopping visuals across ads, marketing content, and digital campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI-assisted creation and traditional design, blending cutting-edge generation tools with classic design craft to create clean, high-performing visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams on ad creatives, static and motion designs, and visual systems that scale across platforms.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🎨 AI-Powered Creative Design
- Use tools like Midjourney, Recraft.ai, and Recreate.com to generate visual assets and concepts for ad campaigns.
- Develop clean, on-brand creatives from AI-generated images—refining, enhancing, and adapting them for production.
- Maintain a prompt library and document best practices for generating effective, consistent visuals.
📦 Ad & Marketing Design
- Design and polish static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality product visuals, banners, and templates for digital marketing campaigns.
- Source and edit graphic resources using Freepik, Photopea, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Adapt creatives across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9).
🎞 Motion & Template Work
- Build light motion loops, text animations, and social story visuals to enhance ad performance.
- Develop editable templates for recurring campaigns, improving turnaround time for the design team.
🧠 Creative Experimentation
- Explore new AI tools for asset generation, layout automation, and concept visualization.
- Collaborate with team members to merge AI-generated and human-crafted assets into cohesive visuals.
- Maintain organized working files and ensure version control for every design iteration.
✅ Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in graphic, multimedia, or advertising design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Photopea or Canva.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Recraft.ai, or Recreate.com for image generation.
- Strong eye for composition, typography, and color in ad-focused design.
- Comfortable designing both static and motion creatives for digital campaigns.
- Highly organized and comfortable with fast creative iteration and same-day feedback cycles.
Bonus Points
- Experience designing ads or templates for e-commerce and paid media.
- Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, or Pika).
- Understanding of performance creative testing and ad analytics.
