Multimedia Designer

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who’s curious about how AI can push design forward, not replace it.

If you enjoy taking an AI-generated concept and turning it into something polished, purposeful, and on-brand, this could be the right fit for you. You’ll work closely with a team that values creative exploration, technical skill, and collaboration. Together, we’ll create ads, motion graphics, and marketing visuals that truly stand out.

What You’ll Work On

Design with AI, not for AI

• Use tools like Midjourney and Recraft.ai to generate visual concepts for campaigns.
• Refine and adapt AI-generated images into clean, brand-aligned final creatives.
• Build and maintain a prompt library to document effective AI workflows.

Marketing and Motion Design

• Create static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Photopea, or Canva to deliver high-quality visuals.
• Design templates and short motion loops that streamline campaign production.

Creative Experimentation

• Explore new AI tools for layout, concept visualization, and asset generation.
• Work with designers and marketers to blend AI-generated and human-made assets.
• Keep files organized and version-controlled for consistency across projects.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic, multimedia, or advertising design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Photopea or Canva.
• Comfortable using AI design tools such as Midjourney, Recraft.ai, or Recreate.com
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color for digital and ad-focused design
• Highly organized and adaptable to fast creative cycles and same-day feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience creating ads or templates for e-commerce and paid media
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools like Runway, Veo, or Pika
• Understanding of ad testing and performance analytics
