Marketing Operative

Perfect Growth Agency runs paid acquisition, funnels and marketing automation for clients across financial services, dental, real estate and e-commerce. This role is the person who builds it.

You will write the copy, launch the ads, build the automations and ship the pages. Not brief them out. Build them.

A typical week: rewriting a set of Facebook ads that stopped converting, building a GHL workflow that routes leads to the right pipeline, shipping a landing page from blank file to live, and using Claude Code to compress work that would otherwise take three days into one.

You own the work end to end. That means the build and the timeline, the asset and the client update. There is no one behind you to catch a dropped thread.

What you need

• Real marketing experience. Campaigns you ran, numbers you can name.

• Copywriting ability across ads, emails and landing pages.

• Hands-on Facebook Ads Manager. You have spent budget and been held to a result.

• GoHighLevel. Funnels, workflows, pipelines, integrations.

• Landing page build and conversion testing.

• Claude Code proficiency. Strongly preferred, and the reason we can move at this speed.

• You need a fixed brief before you start

• You want approval at every step

• A campaign taking a month to launch sounds normal
