About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to provide support for their marketing operations. The priority is to find someone highly organized, reliable, and process-driven to handle repetitive but critical tasks such as reporting, inbox management, SEO updates, and client on boarding. Accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to follow processes without deviation are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor responses from cold email and LinkedIn outreach tools, review/send auto-drafted replies, and ensure timely lead hand off to clients.
- Update client performance reports on schedule by gathering and inputting data from multiple platforms into spreadsheets.
- Assist with setting up client workspace in SEO tools (e.g., integrate Google My Business and other accounts).
- Track progress on creative/design vendor tasks, follow up with internal team members for pending feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings, communicate proactively in Slack, and escalate blockers or missing details.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks to support account managers and client success staff.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing operations, or support role (preferably in an agency/professional services environment).
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
- Proactive communicator — asks clarifying questions, follows up promptly, and provides consistent updates.
- Self-starter, collaborative, and client-service focused, engaged in daily team communication.
- Highly organized and process-driven — comfortable following checklists and structured workflows.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and collaboration tools (Slack).
- Quick learner, adaptable to new software and tools (e.g., SEO platforms, outreach systems).
- Solid written communication skills for internal coordination and basic external handoffs.
- Reliable, independent, and able to manage workload consistently in a fully remote environment.
