We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll contribute to all areas of user acquisition and growth strategies working closely with marketing artists and the product team. If you’re passionate about reaching millions of people and playing with numbers at the same time, you might just be the person we are looking for!

What You’ll Do

• Creating, managing and optimizing global performance marketing campaigns across various user acquisition channels.
• Conducting A/B tests and coming up with new approaches considering the test results.
• Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns based on performance data. 
• Create and manage a high quality creative production pipeline.
• Working closely with artists to improve ad creatives and suggest new concepts.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to improve growth strategies. 

What We’re Looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of campaign management platforms, ad networks and analytical tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Passion for mobile games, gaming trends and player behaviors
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
