Job Description

About Us

We are a growing online retail company in the outdoor and camping space. We design and sell our own branded products directly to customers in several countries. Our team works remotely and we value ownership, clear communication, and people who want to keep getting better at what they do.

About the Role

You run our email marketing, keep our online store current, and make sure every product launch and promotion goes live on time.

This is a hands-on execution role. The strategy and the calendar come from the Marketing Manager. You own getting it done, on schedule, without being chased.

What You Will Do

Email Marketing

  • Build, schedule and send email campaigns against the marketing calendar
  • Maintain and improve our automated flows — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase — and our sign-up forms
  • Keep our email lists clean and properly segmented

Store Upkeep

  • Make routine content updates inside our existing Shopify templates: banners, product pages, collections
  • Keep pricing, availability and sale elements accurate, and live or expired on schedule

Listing Content

  • Create and maintain listing copy and images for both of our sales channels
  • Work with our content producers to get copy and images delivered on time
  • Keep listings accurate, optimised, on brand, and consistent across markets

Launches and Promotions

  • Own the launch checklist and keep every part of it on schedule to the go-live date
  • Brief and coordinate the images and content each launch or promotion needs
  • Build and schedule the launch and promotional email sequences
  • Publish product pages and collections on go-live day, and run the reset afterwards
  • Get product out to paid collaborators and product testers, issue the briefs, and track what comes back

Collaborators and Partners

  • Be the day-to-day contact for paid collaborators and partners: briefs out, assets in, deadlines tracked
  • Keep a live tracker of deliverables, timelines and status
  • Help shortlist new collaborators and affiliates
  • Check partner and agency invoices against agreed scope and prepare them for the Manager to approve

Reporting and Support

  • Report on email and store performance on a regular, predictable schedule
  • Coordinate with other teams where marketing work depends on them
  • Keep assets organised, the calendar current, and actions tracked

Requirements

Required

  • At least 3 years in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce execution role
  • A background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce selling physical products
  • Hands-on with an email marketing platform: you have personally built and scheduled both one-off campaigns and automated flows. Klaviyo strongly preferred
  • Hands-on inside Shopify admin: product pages, collections, banners, scheduled price changes
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings — Amazon Seller Central or similar
  • Experience coordinating product launches or sale campaigns to a fixed date across several people
  • Exposure to marketing reporting: GA4 or platform dashboards
  • Experience as the day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators
  • Strong written English
  • Strong organisation. You can run several deadlines at once and hit them without being chased
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Basic image editing in Canva or similar

Nice to have

  • Outdoor, camping, automotive or RV products
  • Australian or United States market experience

Culture Requirements

Growth Mindset. You want to keep developing and expanding what you can do. This is a company where you will be pushed to be better and to grow. If that is not what you are looking for, this role is not for you.

Creativity and Proactivity. You look for better ways to do things, spot problems early, and raise them before they become someone else's emergency.

Responsible and Committed. You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines, and hold a high standard for accuracy.

Hours and Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Start time 9:00 AM AEST — that is 7:00 AM Manila time

This is a full-time role and we expect it to be your only ongoing client work during those hours. If you are looking to fit us around other clients, this is not the right role.

Our Hiring Process

We will tell you where you stand at every stage.

  1. Application questions — a few minutes
  2. A short practical task, so you can show us the work rather than describe it
  3. A video interview with the Marketing Manager
  4. Reference check and offer
