Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Format, post, and monitor social media content across platforms. Track engagement and recommend improvements.
  • Email Marketing: Set up, format, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing purposes using tools like Canva.
  • Blog & Website Management: Manage blog post formatting and scheduling through WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized.
  • Video & Podcast Coordination: Manage YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including descriptions, social copy, images, and platform publishing.
  • AI Tools & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Guest & Prospect Research: Research potential podcast guests and prospects, using defined criteria to expand our network.
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting new strategies or tactics for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating and managing effective B2B marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with driving organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
