We ship primarily to the United States, manufacture through OEM partners in China, and run on paid digital channels at speed. The Role

The Logistics Manager owns order fulfillment, shipping cost optimization, US warehouse relationships, demand planning, and logistics finance reconciliation for the HarZa Group portfolio. You do not own product sourcing, that stays with our China-based sourcing lead, but you need enough sourcing fluency to plan around lead times and production cycles. You operate in US or EU hours because that is where our warehouse partners, carriers, and demand signals live.

This is a reporting-heavy, detail-obsessed role. You live in Shopify. You have total command of what is fulfilled, what is unfulfilled, and what is in transit but not delivered. You catch exceptions before they become customer complaints. You are a control freak about data because bad data costs money, and that includes making sure our partners only charge us for what we actually use.

What You Will Own

Order and Fulfillment Control. Full visibility and control over Shopify orders: fulfilled, unfulfilled, in-transit, delayed, and exceptions. You know the status of every order at any moment and flag problems before CX has to.

Demand Planning. Forecast demand by SKU, set reorder points, and coordinate timing with sourcing so we never stock out or overstock. You own the model, sourcing owns production.

US Warehouse Network. You come in with real relationships, or the ability to build them fast, with US-based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses. You negotiate rates and hold partners accountable to SLAs.

Shipping Cost Optimization. You own the cost of moving product to the customer: carrier selection and negotiation, service-level trade-offs, packaging and zone efficiency, and continuous reduction of shipping cost per unit without sacrificing delivery experience.

Logistics Finance Reconciliation. You reconcile every freight, carrier, and 3PL invoice against what was actually shipped and stored. You catch overbilling, duplicate charges, and rate discrepancies, and you recover them. Clean logistics finance is a core deliverable of this role, not an afterthought.

What We Are Looking For

Two or more years owning logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations in a DTC or ecommerce environment. Hands-on demand planning experience: you have owned SKU-level forecasting and reorder points, not just contributed to someone else's model. Direct experience managing US-based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses, including negotiating rates and enforcing SLAs. Daily working command of Shopify for order management, fulfillment status, and reporting. Proven shipping cost optimization through carrier negotiation and service-level decisions. Experience auditing and reconciling freight and 3PL invoices, catching billing errors and recovering money. Enough sourcing fluency to plan around China lead times and production cycles. Serious data discipline: you build your own reporting and reconciliation in spreadsheets and you do not need a heavy ERP or WMS to operate. Reliable availability during US or EU business hours.

Experience with DTC health and wellness, or subscription-based ecommerce, is a strong plus.
