About te Role

We are seeking a Lead PHP Software Engineer, who will be responsible for building applications and be a technical expert in the team of 15 PHP developers.

Your responsibility will be to design and architecture the modern utility service management system that will be used by millions of users across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver software solutions, take ownership of architectural decisions
• Work in a Scrum team, transforming user stories into functional applications
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Share knowledge and know-how of best practices to the team
• Tech stack: PHP, Laravel, MySQL. Kubernetes, AWS.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Lead/Senior PHP Software Engineer or Software Architect
• Excellent understanding of various design and architectural patterns and best practices (unit testing, code reviews)
• Ability to own areas of product design and usability

• Good team working skills

• Good English skills
