Position Overview

Laba Group is looking for a Junior SEO Specialist (LinkBuilder) to join our international SEO team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in boosting our global online visibility through high-quality link-building strategies and competitor research. If you’re analytical, methodical, and passionate about SEO, this is your opportunity to grow within one of the most dynamic EdTech companies in Europe

This is a full time and remote position, open to applicants from Ukraine.

This Job Is for You If You Are:

• Familiar with the fundamentals of SEO and have at least 6 months of experience in the field.
• A structured, self-driven individual who delivers work on time and with precision.
• Confident using Excel or Google Sheets, including building formulas.
• A proactive problem-solver who knows how to find relevant information efficiently.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and have at least an intermediate level of English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Worked with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Majestic, Semrush, or Serpstat.
• Understanding of domain metrics such as DR, UR, TF, and CF.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies across multiple international markets.
• Write SEO-optimized content to support link-building initiatives.
• Monitor and report on link performance and quality.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve overall SEO results.
• Ensure all SEO practices align with Google’s guidelines and best practices

• At least 6 months of experience in a LinkBuilder role.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; capable of creating functional formulas.
• Fluency in Ukrainian language and Intermediate level of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
