To own the integrity of the "AI-Native" architecture, ensuring the 6-layer Decision Intelligence Platform is robust, scalable, and meets all enterprise-grade security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce the "AI-Native from the Ground Up" design philosophy across all squads.
• Architect the Layer 5 Guardrail engine to ensure non-LLM override of regulatory rules.
• Design the transversal observability plane (7-year immutable audit trail) to meet FINRA/SEC requirements.
• Validate the technical soundness of the LangGraph reasoning layers and cross-region inference profiles.
• Ensure the symmetric squad structure remains technically aligned and the architecture supports easy redirection to new domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Enterprise AI Architecture and Generative AI patterns.
• Strong background in Security Architecture, ABAC, and API Gateway management (Kong).
• Familiarity with Cloud Native patterns (AWS Step Functions, Iceberg, MSK).
• Experience with regulatory technology (RegTech) and immutable audit logging.
