This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in South Africa.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of live online courses, from planning through launch
• Conduct market research and help define course objectives, learning outcomes, and target audiences
• Manage production timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Partner closely with instructors, guiding them through course preparation and rehearsals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Student Success teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Review course materials, marketing content, and sales collateral for clarity, accuracy, and educational value
• Identify and resolve production challenges while maintaining project momentum
• Stay informed about industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging learning technologies
• Continuously share ideas and feedback to improve our courses and production processes

• Experience in instructional design, course production, project management, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable collaborating with senior professionals and subject matter experts
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a remote, collaborative environment
• Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones
• Passion for education, lifelong learning, and creating engaging learning experiences
• Experience with online education or EdTech is a plus
