Indigenous Intern, Mortgage Services

We recognize the importance of understanding the systemic barriers that Indigenous peoples face when accessing and working in Financial Services. We are offering these Indigenous Internship opportunities to support research on these barriers and provide recommendations for how Equitable Bank can better serve Indigenous communities.

The internship will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to conduct meaningful research and gain valuable industry experience. The intern will work within a designated business group, supporting research initiatives and having other responsibilities aligned with the team’s goals. This role is located in Toronto (possibility of fully remote).
