Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team and support our insurance client in handling and qualifying incoming leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, inbound sales, and customer engagement, with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and ensuring qualified leads are accurately documented and passed on to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential insurance clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their insurance needs.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a professional and consultative tone.
- Update and manage lead information in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and timely follow-up.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, inbound sales, or customer qualification, preferably in an insurance or service-oriented industry.
- Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Can commit to work for 40 hr work week (8AM - 5PM CST)
- Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday
- Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
- Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
- Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
- Dual monitor is a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
- Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.
- Flexible to work shifting schedule in the US timezone, from Wednesday to Sunday.
