Illustrator / Graphic Artist for Event Production

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative illustrator with a strong understanding of event production design.

The ideal candidate will work fully remote but integrated into a creative team to translate ideas into custom graphic illustrations and layouts for print and fabrication. Projects include everything from signage, packaging, and photo backdrops to menus, installations, and branded collateral.

They specialize in concept-driven environments, immersive storytelling, and custom brand moments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create custom illustrations and graphic assets tailored to unique event concepts.
• Design print-ready layouts for signage, menus, large-format backdrops, labels, and branded installations.
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to ensure design files meet specs for printing, cutting, mounting, and material types.
• Select and pair fonts that align with each event’s tone and visual identity.
• Prepare vector files, dielines, and scaled templates with precision.
• Collaborate with the founder and creative team to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all deliverables.

• Able to work remotely in the Philippines during U.S. time zone
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Professional English communication skills.
• Experience creating production-ready files with knowledge of bleed, trim, color profiles, and material specs.
• Experience in event design, set design, or packaging is a bonus.
