Job Description

The HR Generalist position is at the front line for employee support to respond to inquiries, explain People Experience policies and processes, execute employee life cycle transactions in Workday in order to provide an excellent employee experience.  You will partner closely with the People Partners to execute talent practices. This role also works closely with partners in People Experience and across Zoox to resolve issues, drive projects and support employees.

Qualifications...

  • 3+ years experience in Human Resources operations or coordination role with direct employee interaction and support 
  • Familiarity with HR processes, practices and policies 
  • Workday experience in offboarding, job changes
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality; familiarity with data protection and handling a plus
  • Adept in G-Suite and or Microsoft Office
