Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process pre-payroll activities, ensuring adherence to German labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, including data for internal and external audits
- Ensure all records meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage exception processing, including special cases and one-off payments
- Forecast payroll expenses and generate analytical reports for management review
- Assist in mid-year and year-end tasks such as reconciling time management data and adjusting records
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of all required information
- Create regular payroll reports and dashboards, providing insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or a related field
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
- Experience with German payroll systems and a strong understanding of relevant labor regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in spreadsheet software
